Traditional Chinese Medicine Approaches to Improving Sleep

Since the pandemic, more and more people have been experiencing sleep difficulties — trouble falling asleep, light sleep, vivid dreams, or early awakening. How can we restore deep, restful sleep in this stressful era? This talk explores sleep through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), highlighting the limitations of modern treatments and the root causes of insomnia. It introduces TCM principles for balancing sleep, real-life case examples, and simple home practices — including dietary guidance, daily routines, and acupressure points — to help you relax naturally and sleep peacefully through the night.

Date: 11/5/2025   Wed.  10:00a.m. – 11 :30 a.m.

Speaker: Daniel Fan, L.Ac.
