Find out why we are a Full Plus CDC-Recognized National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)! Our STOP-D program offers engaging interactive Zoom classes, personal and tailored coaching, social support, motivations, and nutrition consultations.

STOP-D is an evidence-based year-long lifestyle change program that helps participants at risk for type 2 diabetes adopt sustainable, healthy choices to achieve weight loss, and become physically active. DPP has been proven to reduce the chance of developing type 2 diabetes by 58% (71% for individuals aged 60 and older) compared to usual care.
