El Camino Health

Provides support for mothers and their support person(s) on topics such as breastfeeding, latching, nipple soreness, low milk supply, newborn fussiness and sleep, baby weight gain, pumping and much more.  Led by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).  This 1½-hour virtual group session meets every Thursday from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.  Session is free and recommended for mothers of newborns through 6 months of age.  One (1) family member required to register.
