Early Pregnancy Classes:

• Healthy Pregnancy for South Asian Families (5 class series)

Month 6^th – 7^th of Pregnancy

• Baby Care
• Breastfeeding Basics
• Breastfeeding Express (free if bundled with Childbirth Express)
• Car Seat Fundamentals (free if bundled with Baby Care class
• Infant and Child CPR (in person, also available in Spanish)             

Month 7^th – Early month of 9^th of Pregnancy

• Childbirth Preparation Express
• Maternity Tour (Virtual in MV, Virtual and In Person in LG)
• Cesarean birth class (if applicable)
• Induction of Labor
• Car Seat Check (in person)
• Fourth Trimester Maternal Mental Health & Well Being

After Baby is Born

• Virtual Breastfeeding Weekly Support Group
• Infant and Child CPR class (in person, also available in Spanish)

Note: we no longer offer baby proofing classes (but they are available at Stanford).
