[Virtual] Healthy Young Attitude Support Group
with Cancer Center Programs
The Healthy Young Attitude (HYA) support group is a casual, friendly peer-support group of young adults who are going through or have gone through a diagnosis of cancer. We share support, social activities, treatment information, options, ideas, and inspirations. The process usually involves screening and discussion for questions prior to joining this support group.

This group meets on the third Tuesday of every month.

Women’s Heart Support Group
The symptoms of heart disease can be different for a woman than for a man, and the emotional needs can be different as well.
This support group, led by women with heart disease, is open to all women in the community living with or at risk for heart disease.
When: Meetings are held the first Monday of every month (except for major holidays when the group meets the second Monday)
Time: 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Hybrid Meetings held in person and via Zoom. The link will be provided to those who have been confirmed to have a cardiac diagnosis.
Fee: Free

The meeting focus is empowering people with substance use issues to remain sober.
Format: Peer support with no hierarchy in a secular environment.
