Discusses and reviews the anatomy and physiology of stages of labor, coping and relaxation techniques, labor positions, strategies to promote labor progress and minimize discomfort and, medications and medical interventions.  This 3-hour virtual session ideal for expectant mothers, partners and parents, and offers interactive chat with live Q&A.  Taught by our Labor & Delivery nurses.  Recommended to be taken in the 7th month to the early 9th month of pregnancy.

• Registration, Privacy & Refund Policy: No recordings are available.  For a full refund, you must request to cancel registration at least three (3) days prior to class start date, otherwise a transfer or credit will be issued.  Accepting credit card payments through online registration only. Registration required at least 24 hours in advance to ensure access to the class.
