Mindful Yoga - Meditation in Motion Online (Live Sessions)
Yoga is body/mind practices and disciplines, which connects the movement of the body and the fluctuations of the mind to the rhythm of the breath. Connecting the mind, body, and breath helps us to direct our attention inward. Through this process of inward attention, we learn to recognize our habitual thought patterns without labeling them, judging them, or trying to change them. Physical well-being, lightness of heart, clarity of mind are few of many benefits of yoga.
- Weekly 2 hour live sessions
- A holistic approach to connecting our mind, breath and movement
- Gentle yoga stretches and movement with a mind-body awareness using trauma informed techniques
- Guided meditations
- An optional daily movement practice to assist in your personal practice
- Group discussions focused on increasing awareness in daily activities
FEE: $350
- 10% discount for Alumni of Mindful Yoga classes through ART and mindfulSF
- $50.00 discount to El Camino, Dominican, and Good Samaritan Hospital employees
- Partial scholarships available for those with financial limitations.
