Join our new 6 week In Person New Parent Group! 

• $150 for 6 sessions 
• 0-3 Months babies 

Would you like to meet other families with young babies experiencing the same joys and challenges? This in person group will cover topics such as 

• Infant sleep - what's normal? 
• Tummy time 
• Playing with and reading to your baby 
• Postpartum exercises, pelvic floor rehab 
• Traveling with baby 
• Parenting as Partners 

Partners are welcome but don’t need to sign up. 

• 1 Sign up per couple 

This group is facilitated by two experienced Maternal Child Health nurses who are also mothers of young children. Class fee is $150 for the series of 6 sessions. Groups will be held on the El Camino Health Mountain View Campus. Class size limited.
