Join us for an exclusive, live "Ask the Doc" virtual Q&A session featuring Dr. Bradley Zicherman, Medical Director of the El Camino Health, ASPIRE Quest Program. Whether you are a parent, educator, or community member, this is your opportunity to bring your questions directly to an expert.

Dr. Bradley Zicherman is a psychiatrist and clinical assistant professor in the Stanford Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Zicherman is the founder of the Stanford Youth Recovery Clinic, which offers clinical services for youth struggling with substance and behavioral addictions. He is also the treating psychiatrist for the El Camino Health QUEST dual diagnosis program for youth. Dr. Zicherman is fellowship trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry.

Discusses the 4th trimester, the period after the birth of a baby, the changes that occur, the opportunities to enhance parent wellbeing and plan for as well as promote self-care during this important time.  This 1-hour virtual group session is ideal for parents and their support partner(s) who are preparing for the birth of a baby.  Session is free and meets once every month; and brought to you by the Maternal Outreach Mood Services (MOMS) Program & Scrivner Center for Mental Health & Addiction Services.

The ASPIRE Parent Education Workshop is facilitated by a licensed clinician in the After School Program Interventions and Resiliency Education (ASPIRE) Program and designed to empower parents with essential knowledge and skills. This interactive workshop will allow the opportunity for participants to gain valuable insights into recognizing and addressing symptoms of a mental health and substance use disorder, fostering a supportive family environment, and accessing available resources. This workshop is deal for parents seeking to enhance their mental health literacy and create a positive impact on their family's emotional health.

The ASPIRE Parent Education Workshop is provided through a generous gift from the Thomas and Donna Whitney Education Foundation.
