This interactive workshop will allow the opportunity for participants to gain valuable insights into recognizing and addressing symptoms of a mental health and substance use disorder, fostering a supportive family environment, and accessing available resources. This workshop is deal for parents seeking to enhance their mental health literacy and create a positive impact on their family's emotional health.
