The Power of Connection: Supporting the Elderly Across Generations and over Long Distance

Whether living in the U.S. or across the Pacific, many Chinese immigrants face the challenge of caring for their aging parents. In today’s digital era, there are fewer clear role models of “filial piety.” How can this generation reinterpret filial piety? How can we balance long-distance responsibilities and generational differences, while supporting seniors’ physical and emotional wellbeing and strengthening intergenerational connections?

Date: 12/9  Tue 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
