Emotional Well-Being Series: Wednesday Lunch Chat
How Not to Get Swept In — Finding Your Own Rhythm at Different Stages of Life
In a highly competitive environment filled with constant comparison, it’s easy to be unknowingly “swept into” others’ expectations and society’s definitions of success—sometimes losing sight of ourselves in the process. This Wednesday Lunch Chat series starts from different stages of life and invites you to reflect on how to see the waves without being pulled under, and how to walk your own path rather than living up to someone else’s expectations.
Through real-life examples, interactive discussions, and practical insights from the Peace of Mind Guide, we aim to support you in finding your own direction and setting healthy boundaries at each stage of life.
2/25: How Not to Get Swept In — Early Life Stage (Students / Early Career)
3/11: How Not to Get Swept In — Midlife Stage (Career Development / Family and Responsibilities)
3/25: How Not to Get Swept In — Later Life Stage/Seniors
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 12:40 p.m.
