Reviews the cesarean (C-section) birth and surgical procedure, expectations and postoperative recovery.  This 1½-hour virtual session is ideal for expectant mothers, partners and parents, and offers interactive chat with live Q&A.  Taught by our Labor & Delivery nurses.  Recommended to be taken in the 7th month to the early 9th month of pregnancy.  

Fee per couple or household:  $10

Learn On-Demand video about topics of pregnancy, labor, birth postpartum, breastfeeding, CPR, infant sleep and so much more; brought to you by Tinyhood  ($155 value).  A collection of twenty-four (24) excellent videos that El Camino families can access anytime for FREE for up to a year after signing up. 

Pre-Induction of Labor Education is a self- paced course that provides a brief overview of how labor can be induced. Highlights include various methods needed to soften the cervix and begin early labor. The scheduling process, and what to expect before your baby is born will also be included in this presentation.

Please note: We also offer a Live, virtual Induction of Labor course led by one of our experienced nurses.  Please check our website's schedule.

1. Continued coaching with your personal Heart Health Coach: Monthly for 1 year OR bi-monthly for 6 months as per your preference.
2. Clinical risk profile re-evaluation: We update your comprehensive risk evaluation report and recommendations based on recent assessments. 
3. Access to lifestyle resources, workshops, huddles, and other health events as scheduled during your membership year.
