Sleep is not just rest. It is a powerful opportunity to restore health, sharpen the mind, and reconnect with deeper wellbeing at every stage of life. Awakened Sleep is a two‑part webinar series that brings together cutting‑edge sleep science and the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to help participants transform how they sleep, feel, and function.
Designed for all ages and lifestyles, this series moves beyond basic sleep tips to explore why sleep breaks down and how it can be rebuilt in a way that is deeply personal and sustainable. Participants will learn how modern factors disrupt natural sleep rhythms, how emotions and stress influence rest, and how sleep supports heart health, brain function, creativity, and resilience. Through a blend of science‑based insights and experiential practices, attendees gain clarity about their unique sleep patterns and practical tools to support lasting change.
Across two interactive 90‑minute sessions, an expert multidisciplinary faculty guides participants through chronobiology, sleep hygiene, emotional health, meditation, yoga nidra, nutrition, and evidence‑informed rituals drawn from both Western medicine and Eastern traditions. Reflection exercises, guided practices, and live Q&A help translate insight into daily habits, so participants can create personalized morning and evening routines that truly work for them.
